That’s how they feel anyway.
I’ve just finished going over “Kiernan’s Curse” again. I think this makes the sixth time.
I never thought I’d get tired of this story, but I’m starting to get there. I still like it and I still think it’s a good story, but I’ve been over it so many times that I’m ready to call it done and shelve it, except for marketing, submissions, and promotion stuff.
I decided to drop NaNo. I have too many other things working and some personal stuff going on that I’m already way too behind on it to be able to catch up with anything.
I’m not abandoning the project, just not running with it for all I’m worth at the moment.

you’re not tired of the story, you still have too much passion when you talk about it. But, maybe you’re tired of editing it because it doesn’t need to be edited any more. Ever think of that?

You’re right. I’m not tired of the story. The edits/go-throughs have been to catch spelling, grammar, and passive verbs. *s* (There have been far too many of the last one than I care to admit to).
The only thing I’m really going to change is I’ve glossed over a fest, just mentioned it in passing. I’m actually going to put someting in about it, and hopefully have it show some of Kiernan’s character so it’s not just hooptedoodle.
